Joanne Huebner, M.A.
Joanne has over thirty year's experience within the field of education. With over ten years as an elementary teacher, she has spent the last 15 years in the private sector as an educational facility and strategic planning specialist working. She has facilitated many community and committee processes resulting in strategies for implementing desired teaching and learning practices and restructuring processes for K-12 public education clients in a multi-state area.
Most recently, she worked as the Career Integration Specialist on the implementation of a federal high school smaller learning communities grant and is currently the Technology Integration Specialist for the Virginia Adult Learning Resource Center at Virginia Commonwealth University. She holds a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and a Masters of Education in Adult Learning with a concentration in eLearning. She is also an Advanced Certificate Educational Facility Planner with the Council of Educational Facility Planners International.
